Compliance Assistance: OSHA has updated the General Industry Digest

OSHA's updated General Industry Digest – a booklet that summarizes General Industry safety and health standards to help employers, supervisors, workers, health and safety committee members, and safety and health personnel learn about OSHA standards in the workplace – is now available. The digest includes updated information on revisions to General Industry standards since the digest was last published in 2001.  Click here for the .pdf

The members of the Boston Tooling & Machining Association elected the 2013 Board of Directors via electronic ballet vote in March.  A majority of members cast their ballots for the proposed slate of six nominees and the vote was tallied and official as of Friday, March 29, 2013.  The following individuals were elected for the terms indicated:

Martin Arsenault, Howard Tool Company - Chapter President      2 year term

Timothy Martens, M&H Engineering - Chapter Trustee                   1 year term

Joe Croman, P&L Machine Company - Chapter Treasurer            1 year term

Michael Pasciuto, Custom Machine, LLC - Director                         1 year term

Edward Fitzgerald, Fitz Machine Inc. - Director                                  1 year term

Bob Graham, Yarde Metals Inc. - Director                                          1 year term
